Ingredients
2-12large eggs
1 cupwater
Instructions
Add water to Instant Pot®, place the metal trivet inside the pot.
Place the eggs on the trivet, piling into a pyramid if preparing more than one layer of eggs.
Select Manual + Pressure High + 5 Minutes (hard boiled) making sure that the valve is closed.
Once you hear the beep indicating the cook time is done, turn the IP off and wait 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes is up, open the vent to allow any extra pressure out.
Remove eggs and soak in a cool water bath for 5 minutes.
Notes
Hard-boiled eggs can be stored in the fridge for up to one week, peeled or unpeeled.
